Custom Messaging

Overview

ITPS is designed to give you maximum flexibility in responding to your customers.

While ITPS provides system generated default responses, you also have the option of creating your own responses and integrating them with the ITPS processing.

There are four response types available for custom messaging:

Response Type Description
WWW Successful web pages that are displayed to your customers when ITPS 2.0 completes the processing of their transaction. The WWW response pages are associated with your web pages using the iResponse tag.
WWW-More Error web pages that are displayed to your customers when ITPS 2.0 detects missing information, or information that does not meet the minimum hygiene standards for a particular field. The WWW-More response pages are associated with your web pages using the iResponseMoreInfo tag.
Auto Email Email messages that are used to confirm the receipt of your customers' web transactions, or email requests. Auto email messages are associated with your web pages using the iResponseEmail tag. The auto email message to confirm incoming email requests is the Received reply.
Email Email messages that the Kable CRM Customer Service clerks use to reply to your customers' customer service requests. Unlike the other response types, there is a standard list of reply names associated with the Email responses.

When you log in to the Kable ITPS Desktop, you will see the icon for Custom Messaging. The select screen for ITPS 2.0 Custom Messaging has two drop dowm select boxes. In the first box:

When you are finished, select OK, and your response wil be created or updated.
