Dynamic Account Lookup

ITPS Release 2.0 now gives you the ability to allow your customers to use our on-line account lookup capabilities to display address information, account balance, and expiration date. Your customer can use e-mail address (if it is on file with Kable via XDB), the customer identification number from the magazine label, or the last name and address information on the current label.

Foreign subscribers can also look up account information in the same way: Foreign Subscriber Lookup Demonstration.

In addition, customer lookups now allow the option for "second attempt" processing. This option can be used to prompt the customer for additional information if the first lookup cannot find the customer's account: Second Attempt Demonstration.

ITPS 2.0 Dynamic Customer Account Lookup will provide greater convenience for frequent customer service requests from your customers.
