Netcentives

ITPS 2.0 allows interactions with Netcentives to enhance e-commerce loyalty and improve customer relationships. This allows you to create an incentive program that rewards subscribers "miles" for completing credit-card transactions. These "miles" can be redeemed at ClickRewards.com for merchandise or frequent flyer miles.

Different "mileage" amounts can be rewarded based on criteria that you specify. For example, you may decide that criteria of OrderType="new order", and Term="12@24.00" will indicate a reward of 300 incentive miles. New orders with Term="24@45.00" may receive 600 incentive miles.

To set up your Netcentive loyalty program:

  • Contact Netcentives to set up the loyalty program and to determine the "promotion code(s)" that will be used.
  • Contact your Kable client account representative with the promotion codes, and the criteria and reward amounts that will be used for each. For example, (Promotion code 1, criteria=term, reward for 12@24.00 = 300, reward for 24@45.00 = 600).

  • The following tags will then need to be coded on your order or payment form:

PostalCode=##### Where ##### is the subscriber's postal code. Used by Netcentives to process the reward to the correct account.
