Responding to Your Customers
| System Generated Web Responses:
Missing Information |
If you are not using custom messages, and your customer doesn't
provide all of the necessary information on the web form he/she
is filling out, ITPS 2.0 will provide a system generated error page,
telling your customer what information is missing. There are two
types of messages your cusomer might see on this system generated
error page:
- A message indicating that a field has been left blank
- A message indicating that the information in a field does not
meet minimum hygiene requirements
The following are the error messages that are displayed to your customer:
