Use this page to get a custom reply to the account inquiry (DEMO.INQUIRY). Choose view source on the response page to see an example of the Reply Only ordertype.

The Inquiry response page uses the reply only order type to retrieve a custom reply for an automated change of address form (WWW.AUTO CUST SERV COA FORM). This third form has been prepopulated with the hidden field matchcode, and the old address information has been placed in the new address fields to simplfy data input.
