Customer Service System Address Init (prepare to add a new address). This returns a list of the address types which may be added.

NBAdrInits have the following system required tags:

• Site
• ItemCode
• OrderType (must be "NBAdrInit")
• UserId
• AdrCode
• StreetAdr
• City
• State
• PostalCode
• Country (blank for USA)
