Responding to Your Customers

 

System Generated Web Responses: Missing Information

If you are not using custom messages, and your customer doesn't provide all of the necessary information on the web form he/she is filling out, ITPS 2.0 will provide a system generated error page, telling your customer what information is missing. There are two types of messages your cusomer might see on this system generated error page:

  1. A message indicating that a field has been left blank
  2. A message indicating that the information in a field does not meet minimum hygiene requirements
The following are the error messages that are displayed to your customer:

Errors in FullName
Errors in StreetAdr
Errors in City
Errors in State (If Country is USA, CANADA, or blank)
Errors in Postal Code (If Country is USA, CANADA, or blank)
Errors in Country
Errors in CcType
