On-line Reporting for Secondary Posts

Using the Secondary Posting Volume Reporting utility, you can run reports to show volumes for your secondary posts. Contact your account team to add the Secondary Posting Volume Reporting utility to your ITPS Desktop Applications. You will be able to run reports for each, or all, of the publications in your group. To see which titles are in your group, pull down the "Publication" selection menu.

You can choose to run your reports for volumes by destination (DIN), or by publication. If you choose to run your report by DIN, you will see the counts for all posts going to that DIN, regardless of which publication sent the post:

For example, selecting to run a report for DIN 12:

will show all counts going to that destination for any of the titles in the selection list:

Selecting a report by publication title, like "DEMO":

will show all posts for "Demo" to any destination (DIN):

You can get a break down of the total number of posts by destination for the publication by selecting "Report Type" "By Destination":

In addition, you can run reports by "Status". A Status of "All" will show both successful and unsuccessful posts. Pending posts will not be reflected in the totals. Selecting Status Successful, will show you the following information:
