If you have already paid your bill, but are still receiving invoices, please keep in mind that it can take up to two weeks for us to receive and process your payment. If you canceled your subscription, but are still receiving bills, please note that it takes a few days for a cancellation to become effective. Therefore, if you receive any invoices after you have canceled, please ignore them.
